I am having the same issue. I am playing 2 Sims. One is gaining talent points and is purchasing perks with them. My other Sim will fill the bar but when the bar resets it does not give a point. I thought there might be a curse involved but there isn't. Any ideas how to resolve?

@cerounsaville Did you create both Sims or where they born in game or did you download from the gallery ?

@cerounsaville Can you try uploading the problem one to the library, then place in a new save and see if you get the same issue ? (just for testing)
