@FrancinesSims  I'm not sure exactly what you mean.  When you've launched the game once, there will be two "The Sims 4" folders.  One contains the game's program files, and that's what you installed on E.  The other contains your user data—saves, saved households and builds, mods and custom content, etc.—and will always be in Documents > Electronic Arts.  You can move this folder too, but it takes a few extra steps.

If you're happy with your current setup, then you don't need to do anything here.  If you'd like your user data on E, here's how to move it:
