Re: [RESOLVED] - Sims 4 Horse ranch won’t install

Hi, I tried purchasing Horse Ranch through the EA app. I clicked through the dialog, but nothing happened and it still had the "purchase" button on the store page. I figured I had accidentally clicked it away, so I purchased it again. Same thing happened, so I checked my Paypal and I had been charged twice. The purchase shows up twice in my order history as well, and both say completed. I opened up the game and it says that I own it, says download to use, but when I exit, it still doesn't show up in the EA app, even if I restart it
