Re: [Resolved] Game ownership disabled or deleted

I've cleared the cache and restarted the app and my computer multiple times, and ran Sims 3 as administrator and repaired the game and all purchased packs - but nothing is working. I have 10 packs and the base game already downloaded, over 93 hours of game time, and was even playing it 4 hours ago, but not I cannot access anything. I click on the Sims 3 launcher, and it takes me to the EA app to tell me that 'Game ownership disabled or deleted'. See attached a screenshot of the error message.

    I've followed the directions from the given link; I have no ban history and it has nothing to do with purchases or installation, and the simple 'fix' EA suggests (followed exactly multiple times) has not fixed it.

    This is honestly a joke, the live support tried to tell me I own the game via xbox game pass and have to renew it which is just simply not true. I own the sims 4 since 2018 and 3 since 2020 but I have my xbox account created in late 2022. So how could I possibly get it? I even own the physical copy of the sims 4 base game, all other dlc's were bought on the ea app.
