@EA_Lanna I tried to contact EA support about the throwback kit disappearing, but all they said was they would look into it for me. I can show proof of purchase, as it is in my history of purchases, and also in my pay-pal account as proof of purchases. I had it in my game for about a week then it disappeared. As a long-time player of the Sims (since 2000's and sims 1 and buy almost every expansion/stuff pack released) I find this highly annoying. I shouldn't have to pay for it again, if it won't show up I should be refunded my $4.99.
