@aprilthecat  The folder in your screenshot is not the folder Sims 4 is reading: for one thing, you've nestled a documents folder inside the main Documents folder.  Here's how to find the correct folder:

You can transfer the entire Sims 4 folder (the one you find with the method above, not the one in your screenshot) to a new computer.  Please zip it first: right-click and select Send to > Compressed (.zip) file.  Then you can copy the .zip to an external drive or USB stick, or you can upload it to cloud storage.  Once on the new computer, retrieve the .zip, right-click and select Extract, and then you'll have access to all the user data.

The best practice is to run Sims 4 once on the new computer without adding any of your old content.  If it works properly, you can then move the contents of saves, Tray, and Mods to the new folders the game will have created, again in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
