Skar1et​  It sounds like you may not have placed the files in the correct Sims 4 folder, as in the one the game is reading.  Or the files may be named incorrectly.  For the former, please go in-game and find the full path to the correct folder:

https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/

Compare that location to the path to the files that won't load.  The entire path matters, starting with the drive letter and going through the Sims 4 folder.

If that's not the issue, please post the file names.  You can screenshot them if it's easier.
