I've updated the sims 4 game through EA however haven't received any of the new items and I'd really like to have them. Any ideas on how to fix this?
I didn't get the pop up about downloading them when I first opened the game either and my contents folders are empty as well
CyanWolfSnow Please delete the content folder entirely, then load the game again. If the SDX download doesn't start on its own, open Options > Game Options > Sims Delivery and click the button to check for updates. Either way, give it a minute or two to download, then quit and restart the game.
If you get an SDX error, please post a screenshot.
I've did this however the only updates I'm getting are in the CAS not build mode
CyanWolfSnow Please try again, but give the game more time to download the SDX content. And make sure the Build Mode items are not in fact present—they may not show as new.
