Re: sim wearing shoes i didn’t set

The best way to solve game issues is to test without mods or CC.
Start by making a copy of your saves and mods folder to keep them safe.
Now that you have a copy go to The Sims folder and remove (not disabling) mods / cc and delete the localthumbcache.package and any other cache files.
Test the game to see if the issues are still there.

If the shoes are gone there may be an incompatible mod or piece of cc causing the issue.
