Edit: Haven't tried after the new update. I'll give it a try and update the thread it I get any good results.
Edit 2: Making a new user on your PC will solve this problem.

this worked for another also try running origin in administrative mode
I would suggest trying to start the demo after booting your computer in safe mode with networking or reinstalling while in safe mode if that doesn't help:
