Sims 4 - New Error Code [Can't launch the game]

I just bought the sims 4. Once it finally installed and i could open it nothing happened. No game, no nothing. Then i see this box down on my screen which says Sims 4. I click on it and it says that...

Anyone, please?

Edit: Haven't tried after the new update. I'll give it a try and update the thread it I get any good results.
Edit 2: Making a new user on your PC will solve this problem.

this worked for another also try running origin in administrative mode
I would suggest trying to start the demo after booting your computer in safe mode with networking or reinstalling while in safe mode if that doesn't help:
