Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I updated my MacBook as well as The Sims itself, the update for sims was the most recent one before they're changing origin to EA. Once is was done updating, all of my packs were gone. They weren't on my account at all and when I started the game they didn't show up either. I couldn't find a solution because usually the solution is to just restart the app and my computer, but that didn't work. I tried deleting it and redownloading it, which didn't work either. So, I'm kind of lost on what to do now. To specify, there was about $100-$200 worth of packs on my account. And ALL of them are gone.
