Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

After downloading the EA app all of my DLC were deleted (like I didnt purchase them) I purchased the packs from Origin, now they dont show up on the EA app library or in game. But I can see them on my mac desktop in a folder called The sims 4 Packs, and I can see for example (EP01, EP05) also I can see this on my Eltectronic arts folder. But whenever I launch the game or  the app its not showing or working.
