Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

hey! a month ago my packs randomly disappeared and the only ones that stayed are the ones that ive bought recently. and when i view them on the ea app, it says to “purchase” them instead of installing. all the packs i’m missing are: growing together, high school years, cottage living, cats and dogs, seasons, city living, get to work, get famous, discover university, parenthood, dine out, laundry day and movie hangout. i don’t understand what happened, i just want them back because this is a * off. i play on pc if anyone’s gonna ask.

    @RaydenSimmer

    You'll need to reach out to the live support team from the help site here so they can review your account details with you and see what's going on.

  • what topic do i choose? every one ive chosen so far doesn’t give me the option for live support

    @RaydenSimmer

    Under the Game Support options, select EA Account as the product, then I'm looking for something I bought. From there, you'll see the available contact options.

  • unfortunately the only options that pop up are articles and the forum. no live chat option

    @RaydenSimmer  Sometimes the live chat option is buried underneath the help articles, so scroll down a bit.  And set your location on the help page to U.S. or U.K.  It doesn't matter if you're elsewhere; the point here is to get the English-language options, which means live chat is more likely to be available.

    Just now, I was able to see the live chat option by selecting Sims 4 > [see all] > I want to update my EA account information AND I need help loading my game.

    Alternately, you could try using the site without signing in.  Some topics allow you to  continue without an active login, and most of those offer the live chat option, again usually buried under some help articles.
