Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

sims add ons show up as not owned
i can not use my sims 4 add ons somehow it was working just fine before until i exited on to the menu and clicked on play a scenario from then the app said that i need to restart or get the packs , but i am confused as i have bought the pack already . what should i do i need help i want the add ons back i went to my file manager and ep01 and ep03 wich i believe are city living and get to work are there and it shows the date and time i purchased them i also cleared the  cache fixed issues as well and also after all that ea made me log out so i logged back in and the **bleep** ons still show up as not owned i have proof of my purchase in my bank app i would like this to be fixed .

they dont appear as owned on both ea and the sims 4 i have

    It looks like you logged into the wrong account. Log out and then log into the correct account.

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.
