Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

So I've purchased just about all the DLC there is for Sims 4 over the last 10 years. And after updating my game today I noticed that the EA app page is telling me I don't have certain content that I knew I had. So I did some digging and it looks like not only were some sims 4 things missing but some of my sims 3 content was missing too. It's saying that content I was playing with prior to the most recent Tuesday(april 29) update is now only available in windows. (I play on a Mac.) 

I don't appreciate Sims DLC that I've paid for, all of a sudden being unavailable for me. How do I get these items back without paying for things all over again, because I won't being doing that. The economy we live in is broken and I'm already living paycheck to paycheck so I don't have extra funds to pay for this DLC again. 

How will EA fix this?

This is really frustrating because what's missing is going to mess up so many of my builds and games. And so I'll not be able to play for a while. And Sims 4 is my escape from the insanity that is our world.

    It sounds like you're missing the 64-bit versions of these Sims 3 expansions on your account- while this isn't something I can check on for you over the forums, the live support team can review your account information a bit further and get the 64-bit versions of your packs added for you. They can also take a look at your missing Sims 4 DLC and see what's going on there.
