Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

When I open the EA desktop app it says that my Game Library is empty despite the fact that I have the Sims 4, Sims 3, and Sims Medieval purchased all through EA and the games are still downloaded on my computer. When I click on the game icons to open them it starts loading like normal but then a message pops up saying I don't have access. My computer has no other users and I have no other EA accounts. I've gone through every troubleshooting method to fix this issue including deleting and redownloading the EA app, clearing the cache, and ending the background program in task manager. PLEASE someone help me I just wanna play my Sims games and I don't want to have to lose years of expansion packs and other content.
