I recently wanted to play the Sims 4 again after some months. I forgot my password and couldn't do the email reset so ea support relinked my account to another email and all my expansion packs were gone... I've tried a few things and they are still saying unowned. I run the sims through steam on mac. Any help is muchly appreciated.

The problem is I no longer have access to the email I originally used and it wants me to verify with a link the email even though I know the email and password used. Hence why the email was changed in the first place.
