Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

A couple of months back, all of my dcl disappeared. I originally bought most of them from the origin and some on the EA app. I logged in one day all traces that I ever had any packs are gone. The only thing left is my download history. Whenever I click on the game that is shown as downloaded, it takes me to purchase it again. I'm positive this is my same account. I have tried everything I can find online, and nothing works. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. I miss playing Sims. Please help!

Hi. Like I said, I have tried everything. Everything on this forum. I have even gotten several professional IT help and had them try all the solutions. Nothing works. They all came to the same conclusion. I have reached out to EA Support, and they have never responded to me. Everything is incredibly suspicious here. I just want my game back and the hundreds of dollars I have spent on it back. I have just given up on this game.
