Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I recently tried to convert everything from Origin to EA games (I know I’m really behind) as I wanted to play Sim 4 again. When I redownloaded on the EA app it did not have any expansion packs. When I go into the game itself I have a recent game that I can load but it says I need all the expansion packs I’ve already bought to play it at the level it was at. I’m so frustrated because that’s way more than $150 of expansion packs I’ve already purchased years ago on origin.
