So I recently re-downloaded EA and all my Sims games and packs. I was waiting for a new PC with more memory. Anyway, most of all my expansion packs are there. I had Werewolves and Vampires purchased, but it's showing I need to purchase them. How and why did this happen, and how do I fix it? Or am I just SOL?

Yes I did. They aren't on there. It says purchase under them.
