Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I haven't played the Sims 4 in a year, but I went back to it today, and when I opened the EA app it claimed I had basically no minutes played and only owned the standard edition, which is false. I own about 15 add-on packs, but none of them are showing up on the EA app or in the game itself.

I repaired the app, but it won't say otherwise, and the game is not registering any of the add-ons as owned.

I have

  • Repaired the app multiple times
  • Restarted the EA app
  • Logged out and back in on the EA app
  • Restarted my computer
  • Deleted the UserSetting file as recommended recently
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game
  • Deleted the one and only mod in my files (and I have no cc)

I'm really frustrated as the packs are very expensive and I want to play with them - has anyone had any success in fixing this and getting the apps recognised on their account again?
