Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hi please help this is really important, I’ve been playing the Sims 4 since 2022-2023 and I have all the EPs, GPs, SPs and some kits. I got signed out of my EA account and logged back in to find all of my hours have been erased and I had about 2,000+ hours on the game and all my DLCs gone. I have tried to log out and sign in again, restart my Mac, repair the game, looked through my folders etc and I am on the right account because it does have my save files on it. Nothings working so please help me. The EA app did however just upgrade me from a child’s account to an adult account due to my age, so if it’s potentially a syncing issue please let me know as well.
