@CirceTheWitch  Please post a screenshot of the exact error message.  Hit Windows key-shift-S and drag your cursor over the section of screen you want to capture.  You can click on the notification in the lower right corner of your screen to open the screenshot, or if that doesn't work, open Paint and crtl-V to paste the image.

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
