Re: Sims 4 black screen with sound

I figured it out, I found a stray save file in my documents(it wasn't in a sims folder), deleted it, and my game works now!

I can't believe I didn't notice it until now. -____-

    In what folder was the file exactly ?

    In my documents! Like it didn't reach the ea folder it is pretty weird because the only thing I've ever done with my save files is delete them!
