Hi @MAGIC1620 - I moved your post to its own thread, since you replied to a very old one. If I understand your problem correctly, you're trying to buy from Origin and getting the message "Whoops! Something went wrong. Check back soon"
A couple of basics: Make sure Origin.exe is added to your firewall and antivirus exception lists so that they're not blocking the attempt. Also, run Origin.exe "As Administrator"
Clear Origin cache following the instructions here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Then try again.
