Sims 4 wont start up. automatically brings up blank page with loading swirl, never loads up, unable to minimize or close page unless done with task manager. not really sure what im doing, hope someon...

@Xovera97 I don't know about magic, but I can look over a dxdiag if you'd like. Please first test without mods or custom content, and without any files in ConfigOverride. If that doesn't help, here's how to run a dxdiag; you can attach it to a reply here.
