Idk if you fixed this issue, but I had the exact same problem w/the same errors. It was because my onedrive was linked and my Windows Defender was blocking access to my one drive docs. I ended up just unlinking my onedrive backup and doing the fix listed by the previous commenter. It works just fine now.
