Sims 4 crashing after startup

Hello my Sims 4 keeps crashing after it loads the main menu what I mean by that is after I start the game it crashes after the huge sims crystal when it shows the menu. To clarify although I have app...

    Idk if you fixed this issue, but I had the exact same problem w/the same errors. It was because my onedrive was linked and my Windows Defender was blocking access to my one drive docs. I ended up just unlinking my onedrive backup and doing the fix listed by the previous commenter. It works just fine now.

@puzzlezaddictWhat I meant on my 1st was it crashes after it shows like 2-3 frames of the main menu (also this is my first time downloading sims 4) as for the moving sims 4 out to desktop after doing it I got an error when the Sims 4 title screen finished loading saying I lack memory for some reason.

    I checked defender If it was blocking TS4 and it was its now working properly cheers for pointing it out.
