Re: Sims 4 Crashing/Freezing/Lag, Surface Pro 3/7

I have been looking everywhere and doing everything to get my game to work again. It was working fine and then it forced updated yesterday. I have removed all mods/save files. Uninstalled both sims and EA app numerous times. Repaired the game and app recovered EA. I went as far as to make another login on my laptop and start a brand new game on there and nothing. It freezes as soon as the blue loading screen pops ups. If i try to force close it and then click back in, it will unfreeze for two seconds and then freeze again. The music plays and everything. I have no idea what is going on!!! I thought maybe I just need a whole new laptop but its weird that it is loading but freezing with a file with nothing on it. I ran the diagnostic test someone else had said to try to see if it may be my laptop. This is what it says. PLEASE HELP :(
