Re: Sims 4 Crashing/Freezing/Lag, Surface Pro 7
I recently updated my laptop to Windows 11, having played the game regularly. Now, when I open it, the game freezes and I cannot move the mouse. If I return to the desktop then reopen it, the game will have loaded, but I still can't click anything or move the mouse.
I have already reinstalled my graphics driver (Intel Iris, I think - this might be wrong!) and moved all of my mods out of the folder. I also reinstalled the game.
I have attached a dxdiag.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
