@KatrinaRibena21  If you use OneDrive (Windows) or iCloud (macOS), the service may be syncing the contents of your Documents folder, uploading your saves and creations to cloud storage and then downloading them to your device when it detects they're absent.  The way to address this is to disable automatic syncing of Documents.  This is how to do it in OneDrive:

You could instead unllink OneDrive entirely if you have no use for it:

Before doing either one, make a backup copy of the Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts.  OneDrive might decide to remove your local copy and store the data only in the cloud.  You can just download it again, but it's easier to restore the backup copy.
