Re: Sims 4 DLC key not working

Hello,

Need help with the following situation:

Yesterday I purchased 3 EP's for the sims 4 from .com. Upon purchasing I received the product keys and proceeded to activate them on EA APP. The codes were accepted and everything seemed fine, however, it's been almost 24h and I the EA APP library doesn't recognize the packs as bought (Growing Together, Horse Ranch and High School Years).

When I open the game, on the main menu, it states that I already own the packs but the content is not downloaded. I tried repairing the game, deleting the EA APP's cache, restarting my pc and nothing has helped. When I check the Game's library in my PC the folders for the aforementioned packs don't exist either.

I have tried to contact EA Support and I got an answer on my e-mail redirecting to their page about "3rd party sellers" which I read. They also asked me for details such as my account name and e-mail and proof of purchase which I sent. The tickets' status right now is set to "waiting on player", even though I gave all the information that was asked for.

Is there anything that could be done? Do I need to wait for someone from EA to reach out? I'm quite confused about the status of the tickets.
