Hi @lctripp,
this error code is usually related to a specific software not working properly and I'd advise you to go through some steps to fix it.
1. Reboot your pc.
2. Run the program as an administrator by right clicking the executable and selecting ‘Run as administrator’.
3. Run the program in compatibility mode. Right click the executable and select ‘Troubleshoot compatibility’.
4. Check to make sure you have the latest Windows updates, graphics and sound drivers. Update as necessary.
5. Reinstall Microsoft C Runtime packages. Download directly from Microsoft and install them.
6. Re-install the program giving the error > if it's the game, then uninstall, perform a system clean using Ccleaner and then install again ts4
7. If it’s a game giving the error, check DLL files and .NET framework files. Re-install or download files as necessary.
8. Open a CMD window as an administrator and type or paste ‘chkdsk c: /f /r’. This will check your file system for issues and usually could solve the most common issues like this.
9. Reinstall DirectX. This is often packaged with graphics drivers but is available as a separate download from Microsoft.
10. Uninstall your graphics drivers in Safe Mode and reinstall them.
Sorry, I know it's a lot of stuff, but hopefully one or a combination of those steps could help you to fix the issue.
Good luck!
