Anyone else having trouble saving anything?
I've been having recurring problems with my game over the last few months and being able to fix it temporarily, but now my sims is completely unplayable.
Whenever I go to save a sim in CAS, it just freezes until I use esc to go back to the customisation and cannot make any new sims at all. Plus anytime i try to create custom tattoos the sim goes completely black, plus I can't see anything on the library or uploads because they are all blank with a red X. If I try to save a build or my gameplay it will load for a minute and then come up with 'error code 21'.
I typically play with some CC but the problem has persisted even when I remove all of it from my game files and launch on strictly base game. The expansion packs I use are Cats & Dogs, Vampires, Werewolves, Get Together, StrangerVille, Realm of Magic, Paranormal, Journey to Batuu, Island Living, High School years, Businesses & Hobbies, Get to Work, and City Living. - Maybe it's a glitch with one of them? But I've been playing this game for so many years now and really don't want to give it up because of all my efforts, yet everytime I open it there's just yet another problem...
I'd really appreciate some form of advice!
If anyone else is having problems like this I've finally solved it! My windows security was secretly blocking my game file due to its size, its pretty hard to tell at first since it won't immediately flag it up but if you go to controlled folder access then you should be able to make it an allowed app.
