Re: Sims 4 froze and I can’t do anything

@MovieNerd1833  Click crtl-alt-delete and open the Task Manager (or right-click on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen).  Make sure it's displaying detailed view.  Sims 4 should be listed at the top.  Click on it and select End Task.

If you can't get the Task Manager to open, crtl-alt-delete and select Sign Out.
