Re: Sims 4 game appears to be unplayable

@ChameleonPhoenix  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

If the new save is fine, you can start adding your mods and custom content to the new folder, but keep testing in case the problem shows up again.  It's very possible that one or more of your mods or cc items are outdated and causing the long load times.

By the way, do you use Reason Antivirus?  I ask because your dxdiag shows a couple of crashes of an .exe that could belong to that program, so you may need to update or uninstall and reinstall it.
