Hi;
A few things to try:
- Update your Graphics/Video Drivers to the latest version.
- Make sure you currently do not have any Mods/Custom Content (CC) in-game for the first load. (This normally shouldn't matter, but it eliminates the possibility that an out-of-date mod could be causing the issue.)
- Run a Repair on the Sims 4 installation.
If you're still having issues at this point, please provide additional information on your computer build. (We recommend providing a DxDiag.)
