@Millamoo17 Before doing anything else, please try to clear as much space as possible on your computer. You currently only have 5.7 GB available, which is barely enough for Windows to maneuver properly. I realize you're somewhat limited with only a 120 GB C drive, but delete what you can, for example installers or .zip files in the Downloads folder that you've already used.
For Sims 4 itself, try launching the game in windowed mode. Go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open Options.ini, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).
