@9831087  Now that you've updated the BIOS, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the graphics driver, as described here:

Download a fresh copy of the same driver you've been trying to install already.  If DDU can't find an installed driver, that's fine, just skip the process and try again to manually install the driver, but it's worth at least finding out whether DDU detects a driver at all.

If this doesn't help either, please post a new dxdiag.

    I did all of the steps, but it still gave me the same error about my video card. I haven't been able to play the game since I really installed Growing Together, do you know how to fix this?

    @9831087 Hi, I finally can open the game now. I manually updated my drive, which was so helpful. I couldn't see the date of when they came out, but now I can. Thank you so much for helping me get my Sims 4 together! Please have a great rest of your day!
