Re: Sims 4 households refusing to save

Did this because i created sims i was completely satisfied with but was struggling to upload them to my gallery, in other words my household was refusing to save. Did what you said step by step and it completely restarted my entire game, losing all of my process and in turn losing the sims i was completely satisfied with, i have to start completely from scratch. Thanks.
