Re: Sims 4 Island living not showing up

Hello , i just bought the island living from eneba with a steam key i put the steam key in origin...when  am opening the sims 4 it says that its already owned the pack but i cant create mermaids or i dont have the builds from it or anithing else...it doest show the packs island..its like i never bought it any ideas what should i do?

    @Kontogio  Are you on a Mac and using Origin, or are you using a Windows PC and the EA App?  Does Origin or the EA App show Island Living as already installed?  For the EA App, you can check in your game library, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.  In Origin, it's Sims 4 > More > Expansion Packs.

    Please also let me know whether you've installed Sims 4 through Steam.
