Re: Sims 4 launches in Czech

Hello,

So the photos are attached but it's a vicious cycle. It says I can download it in English (which is not ideal anyway, I was able to play in Polish until the update in December) but when I download it, the error (photo attached) appears. Then I click “repair” the game, and I am able to open it but it's in Czech. 

This is a bit frustrating since I spent so much money on all the DLCs and now I'm not only unable to play in my native language, but I can't play at all.

I hope there will be a solution

    Thanks for those details, please run an EA Error Report following the steps here and attach your Report ID in this thread for me so we can look into this further.

    Hey, so, I've had the same issue myself, but I fixed it with a work around.

    If you have Steam, download the base game on there. Launch after download and Link your EA account. 

    The game will be in English, and have all your EA saved data.

    Then just play from Steam, and have fun.

    @EA_Solaire how is the investigation going? this is ridiculous. I would like to get my money back or be able to play the game. 

    I reposted the issue AGES ago and still no updates.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply but this doesn't solve the problem. I bought the game in Polish and I would like to be able to play in Polish, not English. The Steam is supposed to be an international version but it's English only.
