DirectX Debug Levels
i have been in contact with ea 4 times i am now on my 5th time waiting for someone to talk with right now
i have cleared the cache
right clicking on the game and hitting repair
added a new profile and ran as admin
and quite a few other things that i just can't remember
after it didn't work the last time i went to take a nap and restarted the puter again and now not only does merging families still shut the game down now retreat is missing
i appreciate any help you are able to give me
Could you edit your post above and put in the WHOLE DxDiag, not just a small part.
Do your Sims have lots of stuff in their inventory ?
