Open GeForce Experience. Click Settings and select games. Under Game scan click Scan Now and see if the Game is found. If not, under Scan location add the location of the game files if it is not already there.

    @jpkarlsen I have done this and it does not find the game, even opened the file location of the application and tried scanning in there to no change.

    I have also had this happen to me recently despite uninstalling and reinstalling both TS4 + Geforce Experience. I have contacted support and have received no response..

    Ge Force Experience no longer supports The Sim4, but it still supports Nvidia graphics cards and you will get information about new drivers.

    That's sorta what I was thinking happened, but it does say on their website that it is still supported.

    Hi there, I'm seeing the same on my PC - the game not showing up in GeForce Experience games list. I've let The Sims team know so they can take a look

    I just checked my GeForce Experience and it was showing. Can anyone confirm that it is also showing on your Experience?

    @EA_Mai Mine was showing before had to do a Factory Reset on my Omen Gaming Laptop, and now it will not show. Sims 3 was showing until I removed it, I have also tried scanning, adding the file for Sims 4 and nothing works. Why is this happening, and how did you all fix it before. The most recent patch (today is Oct 7 2020) had to affect it because it was showing before that

    It's so weird that all the sims games aren't on geforce now. Because someone on reddit was like "ea prohibits their games from being on GFN" and then someone on answers.ea was like "it's not our service, ask nvidia" so which one is it cause i'm honestly getting fed up.
