Yeah i Have disabled the mods and cc error code is 510:b5aedd3f:f42df4f
  • Hi! I had the exact same problem after the last update and getting Sims 4 Pets. Had the same error code and spent a lot of hours trying to figure it out but I finally did!!! It also means I get to keep my mods 🙂 So what worked for me was:

    1. Go to your Sims 4 folder located in Documents> Electronic Arts>The Sims 4.

    2. Under the last folder, which on mine was VideoCameraStates, are a whole bunch of blank or package content. Some say Config, Options, UserData but they all pretty much look the same (white piece of paper with the occasional gear on the paper).

    3. Delete them all. I noticed that some of them were dated to the day that I started having issues and were named lastException, lastCrash, ect. I deleted them all, even if they were from a year ago because I think they were only filed whenever I had problem running Sims4. I only moved them to my Recycle Bin before emptying the bin, just in case I started the game and still had the problem. But this seemed to work for me. I started a new game (which was my original goal) and was able to save. I still have my old saves from my other sims I played. The only thing is that by deleting these files is that it resets the Sims 4 in a way as in the tutorial starts again. But don't worry, all mods and saves will be their.

I hope this helps! Here is a link I was reading which might help you if what I said does not work.

Also, here is a document that I saved some of the file examples of what I deleted so you know what you are looking for 🙂
