@SkyBoxOffice3  It sounds like you know the issue is something in your Mods folder, and all that's left to do is test those files.  You can start adding them back in batches: any that is fine can stay, and any one that reintroduces the issue needs to be split and retested until you find the culprit.  Be sure to delete localthumbcache.package as well.

If the problem is a mod you'd like to keep using, you can check back for updates, or perhaps further updates, over the next couple of days.
