Re: Sims 4 unactivated and can't reactivate it

It sounds like you have an account issue here. As Origin shouldn't be un-activating anything, as far as I know and making it look like you have to repurchase the game. Try contacting EA's customer service to see if they can help you. They can look into your account to see if there is something that needs to be done on their end.
