Could you check in Device Manager if the card has any issues.
Go to start, right click on an open area in the start meny, click on all apps, go to Control Panel under Windows System click 'Device Manager'.
Now look up your GeForce card, do you see any yellow marks?
I don't see any marks at all
@roberta591 any ideas maybe?

@bpeddle321 When the computer is used in the normal mode (non game playing) the laptop uses the Intel chip. You need to check the device driver. You can open the Nvidia control panel by right clicking an empty space on the desktop. There should be a button Nvidia control panel. In the game data folder there is a file named config.txt that should list the graphcs chip the game is using to run' You can double click that file and notepad should open it.
add: the Nvidia driver is out of date - I recommend checking Dell support first if there is a newer one. If Dell does not have a newer one check Nvidia support site for a newer one.
I can't open the control panel. It says I don't have a display attached to the GPU. For the card, the newest update was in October, which I already have installed.
I would suggest contacting Dell about this issue @bpeddle321.
