Sims 4 Won't Connect to the Internet

Did you change anything on your side ? Updates or something ? Windows/Antivirus ?

I followed all the advice found on these posts, but no luck. I too can't connect to the online gallery, etc. Origin is connected just fine, but not my game. Any more advice on how to fix this?

    And you do have a full Origin account ?

      I am not sure as to what the difference between a full Origin account and a not full Origin account. Can you please elaborate?

        There are children's account for <14 (?) that don't have the ability to use some of the online stuff. They are parental supervised.

      No but how can i still connect? I got the sims 4 through a hack.

        @839273 The easiest thing to do would be to actually buy the game.
